Well Pump - Lift Water To Desired Height

The Well pump is used to raise water from wells. There are different types of water well pump system that includes jet and submersible pump. Similarly the pump can vary in size and style.
There are two styles of pumps,they are shallow well pump and deep well pump. In the design of a water well system,choosing the correct pump style and type is crucial.

Before installing the system,we need to consider the factors like capacity in gallons per min,water pressure requirements,power supply and the cost of the pump and parts. Different applications requires different types of pumps. A shallow well jet pump can be for well roughly 25-30feet deep,while we can use deep well jet pump when the depth of well is more than 100feet.

Jet pump require priming before they can work. Submersible well pumps can be ideal for very deep wells. A submersible well pump can be more efficient than jet pump,also it requires less servicing.
Deep well pump and shallow well pumps may require assembly packages,for shallow well the package may contain a diffuser,adapter and a nozzle. A deep well pump package may include a nozzle and a foot valve. A foot valve is necessary to prevent the back flow of water to the pump. Submersible water pump may also require different supplies such as submersible cables or torque arrestors. Submersible well pump may be more costlier than air operated submersible well pump.
